• Grew up in Oakwood, Ohio where she graduated from Oakwood High School.
• Graduated from Eastern Kentucky Univesity with a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology.
• 1974 Sectional singles Champion for Oakwood High School in the Boys Division.
• 1974-1976 she was a Division II Boys Singles District Qualifier.
• 1976 Division II Girls Singles Sectional and District Champion.
• 1976 Division II Girls Singles State Runner Up.
• Highest Girls 18’s Midwest Ranking was #6.
• Highest Girls 18’s National Ranking was #60.
• Played #1 Singles for Eastern Kentucky University on a full tennis scholarship.
• USTA 4.5 National Champions representing KTC Quail!
• Inducted into the Dayton Tennis Commission Hall of Fame in 2008.
